Outlines (Motion Picture, Television, Stage)  

If you choose to present your motion picture or stage-play idea in a 10 to 12-page treatment, you need to include a so-called plot outline. This means that you describe your entire project on one page, preferably in a manner that makes the reader hungry for more.
A shorter treatment of usually three pages requires a classic outline of max. ten pages, in which you briefly list the individual scenes that you would like to see used in the planned movie or play in a manner that stimulates the reader’s fantasy.
